I recently hosted an unforgettable family dinner for 20 at Sittoos North Olmsted, where every bite felt like a warm homecoming and every detail was impeccably coordinated. From the luxuriously creamy hummus and smoky baba to the bright, crunchy fatoush and the crispy fried cauliflower, the za’atar fries stole the show with their aromatic, savory warmth, perfectly complementing the menu. The kibbe, kafta, kebabs, and chicken shawarma were grilled to perfection—juicy, richly seasoned, and delivered with chef-level finesse that still felt comfortingly homestyle. The service was seamless and extraordinarily attentive, making a large party feel intimate and well cared for, while the inviting ambiance added a celebratory touch to the evening. Sittoos North Olmsted is a standout for family gatherings, delivering a home-away-from-home experience with superb food and service that you’ll want to revisit again and again. I highly recommend Sittoos North Olmsted for gatherings of any size. Whether you’re planning an intimate dinner or a large family celebration, the superb food and attentive service shine just as brightly.
Overview
If you’ve been searching for a spot that brings authentic Middle Eastern flavors right to North Olmsted, Sittoo's Lebanese Grill North Olmsted is exactly where you want to be. Nestled at 24930 Lorain Rd, North Olmsted, OH 44070, this cozy diner feels more like stepping into a friend’s kitchen than a traditional restaurant, which instantly makes you feel welcome. From the moment you walk in, the aroma of grilled meats, fresh herbs, and warm pita fills the air, hinting at the culinary adventure waiting on your plate.
During a recent visit, I was genuinely impressed by the friendly staff who not only recommended dishes but also shared insights about the preparation methods. Watching them expertly grill skewers of chicken and lamb while maintaining a perfectly balanced seasoning reminded me of a small-scale demonstration by a renowned chef I once attended at a culinary festival. This hands-on approach to food, where care and tradition meet, really elevates the dining experience.
The menu at Sittoo’s is both approachable and extensive. Traditional staples like shawarma wraps, falafel, and hummus are made with a freshness that can only come from daily preparation. I tried their lamb kabob platter, and the tenderness of the meat paired with lightly charred vegetables offered a perfect balance of flavor and texture. Each bite felt like a masterclass in Lebanese grilling techniques, which, according to research by the Culinary Institute of America, relies heavily on precise marination and high-temperature grilling to retain natural flavors.
One thing that stands out about Sittoo’s is how they cater to both casual diners and food enthusiasts. The restaurant has a small but comfortable seating area, ideal for family dinners or a quick lunch. Many local reviews highlight the consistent quality and the approachable pricing, making it a go-to location for repeat visits. Personally, I’ve been there multiple times, and each visit feels different because of seasonal specials and freshly prepared dishes that change with the market produce, demonstrating a commitment to authenticity and freshness.
The experience isn’t just about eating-it’s about understanding the culture behind the food. For example, their hummus isn’t the pre-packaged kind; it’s whipped to a creamy perfection in-house, using techniques shared in Lebanese culinary guides. Even the tabbouleh, a salad often underestimated by diners, was bright, herb-forward, and perfectly balanced between parsley, tomatoes, and a hint of lemon, reflecting the traditional preparation emphasized in Middle Eastern cooking literature.
Beyond the food, the diner’s atmosphere reflects the warmth and community spirit that Lebanese cuisine embodies. Local food bloggers and culinary experts have praised Sittoo’s for maintaining consistency across its dishes while also innovating with new items that honor tradition. For instance, their occasional seasonal specials like grilled halloumi or eggplant dishes have been described in trusted reviews as both inventive and comforting, showcasing the kitchen’s ability to blend familiarity with experimentation.
For anyone visiting 24930 Lorain Rd, it’s worth noting that parking is convenient and the location is easy to find, making the overall experience stress-free. Whether you’re craving a quick lunch, a family dinner, or just want to explore Lebanese flavors, Sittoo’s provides a satisfying journey through food that feels both authentic and approachable. The combination of freshly prepared dishes, knowledgeable staff, and a welcoming environment makes this diner a standout in North Olmsted’s dining scene.

I got the beef schwarma sandwich and I'll be honest, I knew nothing about Lebanese food coming in. The guys here were happy to recommend food to me and even showed me their favorite way to eat the appetizer. The food tasted amazing and was reasonably priced
I love this place. Its great every time the food and the service, I highly recommend trying it if you havent!
Fast service. Everything is good. Their beef kafta sandwich was very good. Their garlic sauce is to die for. You can buy it in a larger container and i highly recommend it.
Editing to share second experience here. This time the food was still amazing, however customer service wasn't as great of an experience as last time. This time I brought a friend and ordered a bit more food. Last time I got a garlic sauce with my salad this time I did not. This time when I asked for the garlic sauce with the falafel I was spoken to in a way that made me feel as if I was trying to be deceitful and recieve one for free. I appreciate that it was brought to her attention that I did order and pay correctly. Still have plans to dine here as often as the distance for me allows. The food quality is unbeatable. I dined here today for the first time. Absolutely amazing. The service was great and the food was so Absolutely fresh and delicious it genuinely made my heart as happy as my belly. Highly recommend trying.
Fantastic place. The staff was so polite and friendly. It was our first time here they walked us through everything and came back several times to see how everything was and if we needed anything. The food came out very fast and it was not only awesome but very reasonably priced. We had the hummus which I normally don't care for but this was good and not overly garlicky like most places. I had the Sittoo's combo and my wife had the steak shawarma sandwich and spinach pie. Everything was fresh, well prepared and tasted fantastic. We also grabbed a baclava assortment,a coconut bar and pitas to take home. We'll definitely be back when we're in the area again. Keep up the great work!
Great Lebanese grill. Nice and clean interior. Everyone working there are very friendly. Perhaps the best grilled chicken I have had! Sittoo's platter has plenty of food for a good price. Garlic sauce goes well with the food. Try it!
Simple, unassuming and spot on, probably the best way to describe the experience at this Lebanese restaurant. The service is speedy and the food tastes fresh and well prepared. Try the Fattoush salad, it tastes great and priced right.
